the lakes near the room looked even better in person! the staff went the extra mile to. i found a surprise waiting in my room for a special event. it was beautiful and thoughtful. the free bikes made getting to the coconut boats easy!

the air conditioning seemed to only have one setting. it was just 'cold', and sometimes you want a warmer option. a setting for warmth would have been beneficial!

the hotel sits close to the coconut forest, it makes planning an activity there simple. shuttle services to the main areas were really helpful, and taxis were readily available for quick trips. it's a prime spot!

I found the room maintenance lacking. the air conditioning barely cooled the room. dust accumulated in corners, and the bathroom fixtures showed signs of wear. the shuttle service was infrequent. I waited over an hour one evening. the breakfast buffet needs improvement. the selection was repetitive, and some items was stale!!!

i loved how attentive the staff was everyone delivered consistent customer service i saw them happily assist every guest. the hotel provided complimentary bicycles i rode into the local town one afternoon it was a very easy ride. i enjoyed the breakfast buffet it had an omelet station along with many local dishes.

the gym equipment could benefit from a little updating it looked a bit worn.

the staff were very helpful and attentive.

Our houseboat room was far too small. There wasn't enough space for luggage. the wood seemed worn. i had to pay 150,000 dong after i broke a coffee cup. the taxi driver arranged by the hotel was unfriendly and talked loudly on the phone during the entire ride. the driver didn't even thank us for the tip.
